Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information we collect when you buy from this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your name and email address — so we know who the files belong to and where to send them.
• Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and a reference number.
• Basic download records — whether and when a file was downloaded, to help if something goes wrong.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or expiry date. Payment happens on Yoco's secure page and we only receive confirmation that it succeeded.

Why we may use it

• To deliver what you bought and to support you afterwards.
• To process a refund if you request one.
• To tell you about revisions to the product you bought.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law.

We will only send you marketing about other products if you ask for it. You can stop any email from us by replying and saying so.

Who else sees it

• Yoco — our payment processor, to take the payment.
• Our hosting provider and email provider — to run the site and send your delivery email.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where it is kept and for how long

Order records are stored on our hosting provider's servers. Some of our service providers process data outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on providers that offer comparable protection. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and delete other information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
