Short version: if the book does not change how you work, email me within 30 days and I will refund you. No form, no interrogation, and you keep the files.
Email hello@vitjomedia.co.za with your order reference. That is the whole process. You do not need to explain yourself, although if you tell me what was wrong it genuinely helps me improve the book.
I process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your email. The money goes back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it usually appears within 5 to 10 working days after that.
Because chasing a download is not a good use of anyone's afternoon, and because I would rather you got something useful out of the book than that we argued about a PDF. Please do not share the files afterwards — that is the one thing I would ask.
The guarantee runs for 30 days from purchase. After that, email me anyway if something is genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a missing bonus, an error in the book. I will fix it.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and does not limit them.
